Description

You will provide technical and functional support for OSI PI applications in Minneapolis, MN.

Resolve L1 and L2 incidents for OSI PI applications. Implement minor enhancements to the OSI PI application. Develop monitoring techniques to ensure quick problem identification. Coordinate with onsite teams and interact with various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in OSI PI support roles.
• Deep knowledge of OSI PI product architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AF hierarchy and analytics.
• Proficiency in tag creation and configuration of remote PI Interface nodes.
• Understanding of OSI PI security principles and their application.
• Working knowledge of OPC protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the .Net framework.
