Description

You will develop and optimize product solutions within the Telecom BSS/OSS domain, focusing on Oracle OSM customization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design complex solutions involving multiple integrated applications and map features to business requirements.
• Drive architecture artefacts and resolve complicated design issues through technical leadership.
• Identify system bottlenecks and fine-tune existing processes for performance improvement.
• Perform functional and technical design reviews to identify gaps and ensure alignment with information models.
• Define application enhancements and review integration designs to ensure compliance with technology blueprints.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Order To Activate cartridges for CRM and BRM OSM customization.
• End-to-end order flow visibility across CRM, BRM, AIA, OSM, UIM, and ASAP systems.
• Deep understanding of Telecom Enterprise services including MPLS, IPLC, Broadband, and VoIP.
• Knowledge of GSM services for both Prepaid and Postpaid models.
• Working experience in Voice, Data, Video, and Wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with TMF/eTOM and RODOD/RSDOD frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions and their upstream/downstream integration points.
• Experience in product solution development for telcos or technology vendors.
