Description

You will own the design and construction of fiber plant infrastructure, managing field engineering tasks and permit acquisition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design fiber plant layouts and systems for network infrastructure.
• Apply construction knowledge to field engineering tasks.
• Manage right-of-way, property rights, and permit acquisition processes.
• Utilize engineering systems and databases for application work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, data networking, or wireless industry.
• Proficiency in Visio, ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, and Google Earth.
• Strong computer skills covering databases, processes, and administration.
• Knowledge of network plant architecture and local practices.
• Experience working with engineering systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and complex application usage.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage permit acquisition and property rights independently.
