Description

You will design and implement scalable OSS solutions to support network infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable OSS architectures and refine strategies to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate OSS components with network management, provisioning systems, and other operational tools to ensure interoperability.
• Optimize processes for network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance through automation.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and integration plans.
• Troubleshoot complex OSS-related issues and assist with incident management and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in OSS architecture or network operations.
• Network Monitoring expertise.
• Fault Management implementation.
• Performance Management and optimization.
• Experience with system integration and interoperability between network management systems.
• Ability to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Any graduate degree.
