Description

You will architect and implement Operations Support Systems (OSS) applications for communications service providers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead architects on the design and implementation of OSS domain applications and integrations.
• Analyze existing architecture and interfaces to identify and drive improvements.
• Lead technical teams through the implementation of captured requirements.
• Translate end-user business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage relationships with project and program stakeholders through effective executive-level communication.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in the BSS/OSS domain, specifically in order management, network inventory, configuration management, or service assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or Graph DB.
• Practical knowledge of OSS COTS products like ServiceNow or Blue Planet.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies (3G, 4G, 5G), satellite communication, IP/MPLS, or optical networks.
• Understanding of TM Forum business processes, including order to activate and plan to provision.
• Experience working across all project phases using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration projects.
• SAFe Agile certification.
