Description

You will design and consult on OSS stacks for the Telecom domain, orchestrating service and technical orders across wired and wireless lines of business.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for Fault, Performance, and Alarm Management.
• Manage Service Catalog implementation using TOSCA and Python.
• Orchestrate Service and Technical Orders across Wired and Wireless LOBs.
• Provide customer advisory across the OSS stack for 5+ years.
• Ensure alignment with MEF, TMF, and GSMA standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience in the Telecom domain.
• Hands-on architecture design with Ciena Blueplanet, Netcracker, or Amdocs E2E OSS.
• Expertise in Service Catalog using TOSCA and Python.
• Experience with BPMN Service Templates and Domain Orchestrator & Activation.
• Strong background in Network Planning & Design and Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with TMF architecture and Integration standards (NaaS, Open API).
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ciena Blueplanet.
