Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OSS platform initiatives, from strategic roadmap definition to technical delivery and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmaps for OSS platforms by identifying system enhancements and new feature requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project management for OSS initiatives, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Design scalable OSS solutions by defining system requirements, workflows, and data models in collaboration with engineers and architects.
• Optimize OSS operations by analyzing performance metrics and logs to drive automation and reduce manual effort.
• Manage external vendor relationships to evaluate and integrate appropriate OSS tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Operations Support Systems (OSS).
• Hands-on experience with Netcracker, Amdocs, or Oracle Networking platforms.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, documentation, and budgetary constraints.
• Experience defining system requirements, workflows, and data models for complex platforms.
• Capability to conduct system testing and validation against functional requirements.
• Strong background in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in process improvement and operational optimization within OSS environments.
