Description

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Operations Support Systems (OSS) platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical vision and roadmaps for OSS platforms.
• Own end-to-end project management, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation.
• Manage system design, development, and testing lifecycles.
• Coordinate with engineers, network architects, and vendors to allocate resources.
• Analyze performance metrics and logs to drive automation and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Deep expertise in Operations Support Systems (OSS).
• Hands-on experience with Netcracker, Amdocs, or Oracle Networking platforms.
• Proven ability to manage system design, development, and testing lifecycles.
• Experience defining technical requirements for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in process optimization and reducing manual effort through automation.
