Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions, focusing on financial and HR reporting. Own the delivery of custom reports and technical configurations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver custom financial reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Customize Oracle Fusion Applications through Page Composition and technical configurations.
- Provide analytic consultation and data-driven recommendations to HR business areas and leadership.
- Design, estimate, and document enterprise-class architecture solutions within complex environments.
- Contribute to the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of development experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HR modules.
- Technical expertise in Fusion APIs, FBDI, and ADF DI Loads.
- Proficiency with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ESS Jobs, OM Extensions, and Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF).
- Knowledge of Lookup configurations, Value sets, and Fusion Apps Functional Setup Manager.
- Strong ability to work with complex data sets and produce accurate HR analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of OAAC, FA, and FDI.
