Description

Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions, focusing on financial and HR reporting. Own the delivery of custom reports and technical configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver custom financial reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Customize Oracle Fusion Applications through Page Composition and technical configurations.
  • Provide analytic consultation and data-driven recommendations to HR business areas and leadership.
  • Design, estimate, and document enterprise-class architecture solutions within complex environments.
  • Contribute to the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of development experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HR modules.
  • Technical expertise in Fusion APIs, FBDI, and ADF DI Loads.
  • Proficiency with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ESS Jobs, OM Extensions, and Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF).
  • Knowledge of Lookup configurations, Value sets, and Fusion Apps Functional Setup Manager.
  • Strong ability to work with complex data sets and produce accurate HR analytics.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of OAAC, FA, and FDI.
