Description

Manage Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functional support and system optimization for transportation, procurement, and logistics users.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex day-to-day OTM system issues, focusing on root cause analysis.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT to resolve functional and system problems.
• Monitor key systems, batch jobs, and interfaces, including resolving OTM EDI issues for internal teams and carriers.
• Update OTM support documentation, training materials, and issue tracking logs.
• Conduct user training sessions and ensure adherence to established SOPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting OTM.
• Proven troubleshooting experience with order management, shipment planning, bulk planning, rating, and master data issues.
• Working knowledge of OTM modules including order management, rates, shipment management, equipment, and invoice/voucher creation.
• Ability to implement OTM configuration changes to meet business requirements.
• Experience identifying process and performance improvement opportunities within the OTM environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
