Description

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management solutions for onsite projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design business processes and application configurations for OTM modules using industry best practices.
• Map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis through direct interaction with end users and business owners.
• Lead all solution activities, including testing, verification, and formal documentation at the client site.
• Conduct training for key users and manage onsite and offsite project teams with technical and functional guidance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience specifically in OTM implementation.
• Proven experience with at least one OTM Cloud implementation.
• Deep understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
• Ability to articulate process flows and data flows for integrations with Warehouse Management Systems such as High Jump or Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Experience leading project activities and managing technical/functional project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications in the distribution industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle procurement modules.
