Description

Lead the functional configuration and technical architecture of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Configure OTM functional modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Execution, Visibility, Finance, GTM, and FTI.
  • Manage OTM customizations and integrations with Oracle, SAP, and legacy applications.
  • Optimize system performance by fine-tuning agents, saved queries, and conditions.
  • Handle technical troubleshooting using log files, automation agent actions, procedures, packages, and custom events.
  • Own report configuration, registration, and FTI implementation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in OTM functional configurations.
  • Deep understanding of OTM Technical Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management and Shipment Management modules.
  • Proven ability to integrate OTM with Oracle and SAP systems.
  • Experience managing automation agent actions, procedures, and packages.
  • Expertise in OTM custom event configuration and report registration.
  • Strong customer handling skills.
