Drive lead generation and sales for banking products through blended voice and email campaigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads for banking products, specifically virtual cards.
• Identify customer needs through deep knowledge of banking services.
• Execute aggressive follow-up strategies to secure next steps and close sales.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication during all customer interactions.

Required Skills

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, specifically virtual cards.
• Proficiency in English with confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM and telephony tools such as Salesforce or Avaya.
• Strong selling and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent documentation and email writing skills.
