Description

You will provide remote technical support for end-user desktops, servers, and networking infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for MS Office 365 applications and Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot general IT issues and security applications for end users.
• Manage client networks, backups, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Execute software deployments, patches, updates, and system monitoring.
• Assist senior engineers with new project deployments and system documentation.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in helpdesk and technical project environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Editions.
• Experience with user management in Active Directory and Entra/AzureAD.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Business tenants and Azure.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, routers, and wireless networks.
• Experience configuring, installing, and supporting desktops on Windows and Mac OS.
• One required Microsoft certification: AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-700, AZ-500, or MS-500.
• Ability to work various schedules, including weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Security+, Network+, or CCNA.
• Experience with WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWALL, or ConnectWise.
