Define OutSystems architecture, lead development teams, and ensure secure, scalable application delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical approaches for OutSystems solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure application designs.
• Lead OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and platform guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing applications.
• Govern integrations with enterprise systems and enforce platform security and data-protection policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems Traditional Web, Reactive Web, and Mobile app development.
• Deep understanding of OutSystems architecture, service actions, modules, and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL Server, Oracle, and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of security concepts including authentication, authorization, API security, and SSO.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (LifeTime, OSP, Git).
• Ability to lead development teams and coordinate with cross-functional groups in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
