Experience Required: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development and delivery of applications using the OutSystems platform
Design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements
Manage and mentor development teams
Ensure best practices in architecture, coding standards, and deployment
Drive project planning, estimations, and timely delivery

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in OutSystems development
Experience in leading teams and managing client communication
Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), databases, and third-party systems
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
