Description

You will manage and maintain the EFI Pace system to ensure optimal performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, reports, and automation within the EFI Pace environment.
• Manage integrations and API management tasks.
• Provide direct user support and system training.
• Execute system upgrades while ensuring security and compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience administering EFI Pace.
• Strong understanding of print MIS workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data mapping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
