Description

Manage manual case erecting, packing, and pallet stacking while overseeing production line operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line operations including cartridge packaging, lid application, coding, and labeling.
• Verify that all components, codes, and labels comply with current production recipes.
• Monitor product quality and communicate any item damage or off-spec conditions to QC.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area by managing clutter and performing continuous cleaning.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours per day.
• Capability to perform frequent bending.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding production documents, SDS, and safety information.
• Experience with coding processes.
• Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Previous production or mechanical experience.
