Description

Lead the development of primary and secondary packaging materials for existing and new products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging specifications and arrange samples for trials and fitment checks.
• Finalize material specifications based on market requirements and design aspects.
• Resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and provide technical support.
• Prepare Master Packaging Records and manage online inspection and approval of materials.
• Coordinate daily activities with QC, production, purchase, and store departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in packaging development.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis for technical issue resolution.
• Experience managing primary and secondary packaging material specifications.
• Ability to conduct vendor audits and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of QC, production, purchase, and store department workflows.
• Experience in artwork verification for containers and stickers.
• Ability to perform sample analysis and report preparation.
