Description

Manage the packaging lifecycle for new devices from initial kickoff through full production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee device launches and packaging processes from kickoff to production.
• Coordinate testing with external vendors and report on launch readiness.
• Design palletizations using CAPE software and modify technical drawings in 2D design tools.
• Maintain management systems for tooling, documentation, and devices.
• Collaborate with sourcing, operations, engineering, quality, and suppliers to develop cost savings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, a related field, or another engineering discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in packaging engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in CAPE software for palletization design.
• Proficiency in ArtiosCAD or other 2D design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare written project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience coordinating project teams and managing production resources.
