Description

You will manage the development and execution of packaging projects using the Innovation Initiative Management (IIM) Early Management pillar.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital projects within defined limits to meet specific goals.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Deliver equipment designs that meet IL6S requirements, specifically Autonomous Maintenance (AM) step 3 and Preventive Maintenance (PM) step 4.
• Oversee the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) process.
• Travel as required to supervise work execution and oversee decommissioning to ensure proper installation.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in packaging engineering or project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience with Packaging Design.
• Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) processes.
• Experience managing the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) process.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Degree in any graduate field.
