Description

You will manage packaging development projects and capital execution within defined limits.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital projects to meet specific goals within budget and schedule constraints.
• Deliver equipment designs meeting IL6S requirements, focusing on Autonomous Maintenance step 3 and Preventive Maintenance step 4.
• Oversee the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) process.
• Travel to supervise work execution, decommissioning, and proper installation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines using the Innovation Initiative Management (IIM) Early Management pillar.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in packaging engineering or project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience with Packaging Design.
• Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) processes.
• Experience managing the Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) process.
• Degree in any graduate field.
