Description

You own the end-to-end software packaging and distribution lifecycle for End User Computing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle software packaging including intake, build, customization, testing, and delivery.
• Perform software upgrades, new installs, uninstalls, and configuration changes.
• Build application packages in Intune Win format.
• Troubleshoot and remediate packaging and deployment issues to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Document software distribution steps and communicate expected results to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Systems.
• Expert knowledge of MSI and EXE installers.
• Expertise in packaging and repackaging using PSAppDeploy Toolkit.
• Expert knowledge of creating and working with MSTs.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Batch, and VB scripting.
• Working experience with Flexera Admin Studio or equivalent.
• Working experience with Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or SCCM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows 365, and Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive processes.
• Experience customizing software packages using wrappers.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
