Manage the end-to-end packaging creative process from initial briefing through to final artwork delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and delivery of gifting, packaging, and NPD projects.
• Manage the packaging creative process across all development stages.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Handle negotiation and manage creative agency job costing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in packaging or project management.
• Hands-on experience with NPD projects.
• Deep understanding of packaging print processes.
• Knowledge of packing constructions.
• Experience using asset management systems.
• Experience with creative agency job costing systems.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
