Description

You will own the end-to-end creative process for brand packaging, from initial concept to final shelf placement.

Responsibilities

• Create brand packaging assets including boxes, hangtags, and labels that strictly adhere to established guidelines.
• Compile and release visual tools and artwork for internal and external clients.
• Oversee the execution of all components before press and delivery to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with product development, vendors, agents, and GBOs throughout the design lifecycle.
• Design and execute prototypes for presentation and approval needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience working with Product Development, Vendors, Agents, and GBOs.
• Strong sense of color, type, and style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict category deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior retail packaging design experience.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts or a related design degree.
