Description

You will manage the production, finishing, and quality assurance of prototype parts and appearance models.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SLA, SLS, FDM, and MJM 3D printing equipment.
• Perform finishing for body repair or RP class ‘A’ appearance, including sanding and rubbing to meet boundary samples.
• Fabricate functional parts, appearance models, and scale models.
• Design and adjust jigs and fixtures for production processes.
• Solve problems and implement Kaizen to support safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or production role.
• Proficiency in painting, including mixing paint, gun setup, and spray application.
• Hands-on experience with body work and body shop techniques.
• Expertise in sanding and finishing resin parts to specific finish levels.
• Technical knowledge of SLA, SLS, and FDM 3D printing technologies.
• Ability to perform fixture design and adjustments.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and Client Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to work 10-hour days and accommodate up to 30% overtime during peak periods.
