You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining data systems within the Palantir environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to resolve support issues in real-time.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues spanning new data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality, and adhoc business requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, Officer Support, and data teams, to ensure timely issue resolution.
Document every issue and its solution to contribute to the knowledge base.
Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative when bandwidth allows, assisting in the development and maintenance of AI solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
Experience with Python and Databricks.
Familiarity with Azure data platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop ETLs and ensure data quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience troubleshooting data platforms or UI/UX is required.
