Description

You will provide operational support for production data systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality, and adhoc business requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Document each issue and its solution to build the knowledge base.
• Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative when bandwidth permits, contributing to AI solution development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks, and Azure.
• Proven ability to develop ETLs and maintain data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technology teams.
• Experience with Palantir is beneficial.
