Description

You will manage data ingestion, UI/UX integrity, and support operations for the Palantir platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve real-time support issues via team chats and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot new data ingestion pipelines, UI/UX changes, and data quality anomalies.
• Collaborate with Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, and data teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document solutions and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative by developing and maintaining AI-driven solutions when bandwidth permits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing ETLs and ensuring data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools, or platforms.
