Description

You will maintain and improve data infrastructure while supporting end-users with Palantir platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve support issues via team chats and ticketing systems in real-time.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality, and ad-hoc business requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign Lifecycle Management and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Document all issues and solutions to maintain the knowledge base.
• Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative when bandwidth allows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks, and Azure.
• Experience developing ETLs and ensuring data quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI and AI/ML.
