Description

You will provide operational support for production data systems, ensuring stability and resolving issues across ingestion pipelines, UI/UX changes, and data quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to support issues via team chats and ticketing systems in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, UI/UX, data quality, and ad-hoc business requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document all issues and solutions for the internal knowledge base.
• Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative when bandwidth permits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering or operations.
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and Databricks.
• Experience with Azure data platforms.
• Proven ability to develop robust ETLs and ensure data quality.
• Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines or UI/UX troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI or AI/ML tools.
• Experience with Palantir.
