Description

You will own the operational support and stability of key production data systems including Prospector Pro, C360 for CSMs, Agents, and Executives, and DataSphere.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to resolve support issues in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to new data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality, and ad-hoc business requests.
• Collaborate with Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, and data teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document each issue and its solution to contribute to the knowledge base.
• Support the AI Agent Foundry initiative by developing and maintaining AI-driven solutions when bandwidth allows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in developing ETL pipelines and ensuring data quality.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data ingestion pipelines and UI/UX issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools, or platforms.
• Familiarity with Palantir technology.
