Description

Architect and optimize scalable data solutions within Palantir Foundry. You will lead the design of data pipelines, manage ontology structures, and ensure data integrity across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex data pipelines using Foundry Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories.
• Manage Ontology structures, including connections, Contour, and Quiver integrations.
• Implement data governance, access control, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize PySpark and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and drive actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in PySpark, Spark SQL, and Python.
• Deep hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry components: Data Connections, Pipeline Builder, Contour, Code Repositories, and Ontology Management.
• Expertise in Workshop and Quiver for data visualization and application building.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and access control.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize pipeline performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and its integration with Foundry.
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and its application in data workflows.
