Description

Design and execute scalable Privileged Access Management solutions within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic vision by establishing measurable KPIs to track solution progress.
• Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM teams to implement solutions aligned with access policies.
• Develop and refine PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies, and procedures.
• Research, validate, and deploy security solutions that meet business and security requirements.
• Drive security efficiencies through DevOps automation, integration, and distribution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years in a senior role directly leading IAM initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management, specifically CyberArk.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and API capabilities.
• Experience implementing both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions.
• Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799.
• Proven background in IAM technology design, implementation, and delivery.
• Ability to communicate business risk stemming from cybersecurity issues.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CIAM, or CCSP certifications.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
