Description

Own the design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise Privileged Access Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive PAM architecture strategies aligned with organizational and regulatory objectives.
• Design and implement workload access controls and secrets management for secure credential storage and rotation.
• Define PAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent management of privileged accounts.
• Assess PAM control effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements to reduce organizational risk.
• Collaborate with technology partners to identify and mitigate risks associated with privileged access.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 4+ years of hands-on PAM architecture experience using CyberArk or StrongDM.
• Expertise in Security Architecture, RBAC, and LDAP.
• Strong practical knowledge of HashiCorp Vault and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to architect and deploy PAM solutions across large-scale enterprises.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with SIEM solutions and DevOps secret management.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
