Description

You will design, deploy, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a primary focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle management.
• Integrate PAM tools with SIEM, MFA, and other identity platforms.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Cyber Security experience, including 5+ years in IAM roles.
• Strong expertise in PAM solutions, specifically BeyondTrust (on-prem and Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Okta, or similar IAM tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and development using Java, Shell, PowerShell, Batch, Python, or Perl.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and WebAuthn.
• Experience with Customer Identity platforms like Auth0 or B2C.
• Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory directory services.
• Ability to translate business access requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing SME guidance to junior team members.
