Role Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps-focused Principal Systems Engineer to support and operate our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Non-Human Identity (NHI) Secrets Vault solutions across both IT and OT environments. This role is part of a global cybersecurity team responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of PAM and NHI systems. 

You will play a key role in the secure integration of secrets management within CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated and compliant access for both human and non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, containers, IoT devices). The position requires strong operational capabilities, incident resolution skills, and a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles to ensure seamless collaboration between development, security, and operations teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operational Support: Provide operational support for our PAM and NHI systems, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environments. 
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and compliance. 
• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access and identity management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. 
• OT Environment Support: Collaborate with OT teams to ensure PAM solutions are effectively integrated and maintained within industrial control systems and other OT platforms. 
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Operate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, devices), ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning. 
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systems. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing PAM/NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

• Education & Experience: 
• Associate degree + 5 years of experience, or 
• Bachelor's degree + 3 years, or 
• Master's degree + 2 years, or 
• 7+ years of relevant IT/business experience. 
• Technical Skills: 
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms (e.g., Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Akeyless, Infisical, BeyondTrust). 
• Experience managing non-human identities in hybrid environments. 
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python). 
• Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control practices. 
• Shift flexibility and schedule adherence are required for this position

Preferred Experience: 

• Operating PAM systems in OT environments and understanding of IEC 62443 
• Managing identity lifecycle for non-human entities (e.g., containers, services, IoT devices). 
• Supporting global operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
• Conducting compliance checks and audits related to access control. 
• Delivering training and support to IT and OT stakeholders
