Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive PAM strategy with future-state vision, strategic goals, and technical objectives.
• Create detailed PAM reference architectures covering all enterprise components, integrations, and technology stacks.
• Establish PAM standards and policies for access control, credential management, monitoring, and auditing.
• Perform current state assessments and gap analyses across existing platforms, including Technology Services and SAP.
• Build a multi-year implementation roadmap with phased initiatives, milestones, and resource requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience engineering PAM platforms such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, or BeyondTrust.
• 2–3 years of experience architecting PAM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IAM protocols including OAuth and SAML.
• Experience applying PAM to secure Windows Administrative environments and Active Directory.
• Experience working within a Windows Tiered Administrative model.
• Proven ability to apply PAM in cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
• Experience engineering or architecting PAM systems for IAM and/or CIAM platforms.
• Knowledge of IAM functions such as role-based access control, access management, and multi-factor authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building decentralized global solutions that are tracked centrally.
• Familiarity with zero-trust principles for PAM solutions.
