Description

You will provide litigation support for employment disputes and wrongful termination cases. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, document production, and responses to interrogatories.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databases.
• Draft, edit, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials.
• Manage case calendars, court schedules, filings, and deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically focused on employment law or wrongful termination.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and court procedures.
• Proficiency with Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Experience using legal software such as Clio.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Paralegal Certificate.
