You will lead and grow a profitable Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence practice within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage client relationships to identify growth opportunities and expand business volume.
  • Lead, generate, and deliver high-level Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence engagements.
  • Develop and manage a professional team, building delivery capability and serving as a mentor.
  • Execute business planning, financial management, and practice development strategies.
  • Collaborate with other partners to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive innovation in service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 15+ years of experience leading Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence functions.
  • Proven track record within leading Corporate Finance, Audit, and Consulting firms.
  • Expertise in Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Ability to interact and influence CXO level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a practice and lead large teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Established relationships at key decision-making levels within target client organisations.

Education

B.E., B.Tech or Equivalent.
