Description

Manage end-to-end planning cycles and work center utilization to ensure production schedule attainment in Fort Collins, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end planning cycles and Master Production Schedules (MPS) to align with strategic decisions.
• Level load work center utilization and regulate production to achieve On-Time Production (OTP) targets.
• Expedite shop floor production and mediate discussions to drive business decisions.
• Analyze client functional requirements to provide data-driven and KPI-focused recommendations.
• Partner with supply chain ecosystem partners to execute the frozen plan and meet business metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing planning, capacity, routing, and work center allocation.
• Experience running Master Production Schedules (MPS) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience working with ERP systems, specifically WISE.
• Demonstrated ability in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to deliver projects with minimal supervision while working with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain.
