Description

You will manage Windows Server environments, patch deployment, and Exchange Server administration across Microsoft infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS and hardening processes.
• Administer Exchange Server installation and configuration.
• Manage BigFix patch management, Symantec AntiVirus, and Windows Active Directory.
• Execute User ID and Access Rights Management through Group Policy applications.
• Implement best practices for MS SQL DB and server uptime to reduce incidents.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Windows and Mail Messaging environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server, and MS SQL DB.
• Proficiency with BigFix, Symantec AntiVirus, and Active Directory.
• Technical knowledge of Proxy, DHCP, WINS, DNS, and SMS.
• Experience managing File and Print servers.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Ability to handle Vendor Management and customer presentations regarding server uptime.

Preferred Skills

• MCSE, MCSP, or VMware Professional certification.
