Description

You will manage server patching, Windows administration, and messaging infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS and implement hardening procedures.
• Manage Exchange server installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Execute patch management across all Microsoft and Windows servers using BigFix.
• Administer MS Active Directory, including User ID management, access rights, and Group Policy applications.
• Maintain and support File and Print servers, Proxy, DHCP, WINS, DNS, and SMS services.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Windows and Mail Messaging environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Active Directory and Symantec AntiVirus.
• Technical knowledge of Proxy, DHCP, WINS, DNS, and SMS.
• Experience with BigFix patch management.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and present server uptime data to clients.

Preferred Skills

• MCSE, MCSP, or VMware professional certifications.
