Description

You will manage the transition of payment systems to SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging standards. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document SWIFT ISO 20022 changes, focusing on transaction types, formats, and fields.
• Map business requirements to the new ISO 20022 messaging structure and transaction flows.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, including new message structures and data elements.
• Model updated business process flows using BPMN and UML to align with new messaging formats.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and message field mapping.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on payment systems.
• Deep expertise in SWIFT messaging standards and the MT to MX transition.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging specifications and migration roadmaps.
• Proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN and UML.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications for complex payment workflows.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) impacts.
• Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders, including product managers and technical teams.
