Description

You will drive the functional design, architecture, and product configuration for payments implementations, leveraging deep expertise in the Global Pay Plus product.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery efforts from the domain team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Create product features and user stories in a Product Owner capacity to guide development.
• Document and map current business processes through detailed requirement specifications.
• Engage with client managers to build value through deep product and application expertise.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture and refine technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience with the Global Pay Plus product.
• Domain expertise in ACH, Fedwire, or TCH.
• Experience with SWIFT messaging protocols.
• Proven ability to create requirement specifications based on architecture and process design.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years in the payments domain covering High Value, Low Value, RTP, or ISO/SWIFT messages.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Global Pay Plus.
