Description

You will act as a domain expert to support functional design, architecture, and product configuration for Global Pay Plus implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery efforts from the domain team perspective.
• Create product features, user stories, and detailed requirement specifications based on architecture and process design.
• Map current business processes and capture requirements for internal and external consulting engagements.
• Drive client manager engagement through deep functional and application expertise.
• Contribute to solution architecture and product configuration during implementations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Direct experience in the Payments domain, specifically with ACH, Fedwire, or TCH.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging.
• Practical experience using the Global Pay Plus product.
• Ability to document and map complex business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Payments domain (ACH, Fedwire, TCH, or SWIFT).
• 3+ years of experience with Global Pay Plus.
• 5+ years of experience in High Value/Low Value Payments, RTP, or ISO/SWIFT messaging.
