Description

You will own the product vision and strategy for payments systems, ensuring delivery through Agile methodologies. You define requirements, coordinate technical teams, and resolve conflicts to maintain pipeline velocity.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long-term product vision for payments infrastructure.
• Manage the software development lifecycle using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Write and maintain detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts and ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Domain knowledge of the payments industry, specifically debit/credit processing and network technology.
• Understanding of payment policy and operations.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Technical, BA, or functional experience with TCS B@ANCS.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
