Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for payments and SWIFT messaging systems.
• Execute enhancements to existing financial security frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the payment ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Payments processing.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging and protocols.
• Practical understanding of Financial security standards.
• Degree in any field of study.
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY from day one.
