Description

You will manage payroll project plans and processes to support international expansion. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans for international payroll implementation, including change management and user adoption.
• Collaborate with vendors to provide configuration inputs and conduct testing for final sign-off.
• Document all payroll processes and manage associated risks and issues through root cause analysis.
• Operate small country payroll cycles following successful launches.
• Ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations or payroll implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience managing US or international payroll.
• Proven ability to document and improve operational processes.
• Strong project management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Diverse HR experience across payroll, operations, benefits, or immigration.
