Description

You will manage complex multi-state and worldwide payroll operations, ensuring strict compliance with SOX, FLSA, and local labor laws. You own the end-to-end processing cycle for expats, inpats, and secondment payrolls.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for USA and worldwide entities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FLSA, and global statutory requirements for expatriates and assignees.
• Manage payroll functions for secondments, equalization, and benefits in kind.
• Maintain familiarity with local labor laws and federal statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and support audits related to payroll processing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of direct payroll processing experience.
• Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing (3+ years).
• Working knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft North America Payroll.
• Deep understanding of SOX, FLSA, and state compliance.
• Knowledge of global payroll compliance for expats, inpats, and short/long-term assignments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification or active re-certification.
